The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market issued a package of supervisory and policy decisions, denying a petition for non-application of the sign of non-compliance with business reputation and adding RCM Brokers, Invexis and CGL Ltd to its list of dubious investment projects. It also approved amendments to its 2025 rule-making plan and endorsed a draft decision on the peculiarities of making and executing transactions in domestic government loan bonds denominated in foreign currency during martial law. The Commission registered the share issues and related prospectuses of JSC ZNVCIF ENERGY PARTNERSHIP and JSC ZNVCIF MONTREAL for joint investment, and approved draft charters and share-issue registrations for JSC ZNVCIF FITZROY, JSC ZNVCIF ARLIT and JSC ZNVCIF KYROX to form initial authorised capital. It approved the appointment of the chair of the supervisory board of AMC OTP Capital LLC, as well as the risk manager of LLC AMC and Administration of Pension Funds DALIZ-FINANCE and the chief accountant of AMC ASVIO LLC. Other approvals covered a draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution on the interaction plan for the national critical infrastructure protection system, the Commission’s certificates on the draft Law of Ukraine On the Timber Market (registration Nos. 13227 and 13227-1), and the replacement of the ordinary share-issue registration certificate and cancellation of the preferred share-issue registration for JSC CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.

It amended its 2025 rule-making plan, endorsed a draft on foreign currency bond transactions during martial law, registered share issues for joint investment companies, and approved appointments and resolutions, including a draft on critical infrastructure protection.
