The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market has begun work on changes to its internal structure and the organisation of its work, aiming to streamline how the regulator operates and makes decisions. The redesign focuses on removing duplication of functions across units, simplifying internal decision-making, and strengthening control over task delivery. The Commission is also developing a clearer interaction model between departments to accelerate decisions and simplify workflows, which it expects will reduce unnecessary bureaucratic steps in regulation and make communication with capital market participants more straightforward.
