The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced that Hong Kong will host the second Hong Kong Green Week from 8 to 12 September under the theme “Forging a Sustainable Future Together”, positioning the week as a platform for cross-sector and cross-region dialogue on sustainability-related topics. As the anchor event, the HKMA and the International Finance Corporation will co-host the Climate Business Forum: Asia Pacific 2025, focused on the region’s transition to low-carbon, resilient and inclusive growth. The HKMA will also coordinate a wider programme of conferences, roundtables, workshops and networking events hosted by international organisations, financial institutions, corporates, industry associations and academic institutions, with further event details to be announced.
