The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission adopted a set of supervisory decisions approving changes to the leadership of two real estate investment trusts and Allianz’s Bulgarian insurers, removing a corporate bond issue and its issuer from the register of public companies, admitting a REIT share issue for trading on a regulated market, and notifying Denmark of an insurer’s intention to provide services cross-border. The approved appointments were Irina Mincheva, Emil Kostov and Stoycho Pangev to the Board of Directors of Sopharma Buildings REIT, Steliana Stoeva to the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Receivables Fund REIT, and Atanas Alexiev to the Management Board and as Executive Director of ALLIANZ BULGARIA AD and ALLIANZ BULGARIA LIFE AD. The FSC also struck from the Register of Public Companies and Other Issuers of Securities both the Reiswolf Bulgaria AD bond issue (EUR 1,186,000 across 1,186 dematerialised registered secured non-convertible bonds, nominal EUR 1,000 each; ISIN BG2100001226) and Reiswolf Bulgaria AD as an issuer. It entered for trading an issue of 28,224,992 ordinary registered dematerialised voting shares issued by the Energy and Energy Savings Fund (EEIF) REIT, with nominal value BGN 1 (ISIN BG1100026068), and sent a notification to the competent authority of the Kingdom of Denmark regarding European Insurance Company AD’s intention to carry out cross-border activities under freedom to provide services.
