The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) will hold an adjudication session from 3 p.m. on Sept. 29 for two administrative enforcement cases concerning alleged financial reporting failures and an unregistered public investment offering. The first case examines whether Reag Capital Holdings S.A. administrators João Carlos Falbo Mansur and Rodolfo Turelli failed to prepare complete annual financial statements for 2024 and quarterly information forms for the first and second quarters of 2025. The second concerns allegations that Neo In Construções e Incorporações Ltda. and Anderson Alves de Macedo conducted a public investment offering without the required CVM registration. The session will be public unless no accused person or appointed counsel indicates an intention to participate, in which case voting will take place electronically in a restricted session.
