The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye has established an additional procedure for liquidating funds founded by Tera Portfolio Management, Pusula Portfolio Management, Atlas Portfolio Management and Hedef Portfolio Management. Investors whose reconciliations have been completed will receive an immediate interim payment, which will be deducted from the final amount due when the fund is liquidated. Payments will be calculated using each investor’s net investment amount as determined by the Central Securities Depository based on the reconciliation results. For each investor and each fund, those with net investments below TRY 1 million will receive that amount, while those at or above the threshold will receive no more than TRY 1 million. Investors will retain their fund units until they are surrendered as part of the final liquidation payments, and the procedure will be applied first to money market funds.
