The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed fee to complete the procedure for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at VietinBank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the re-issued certificate within one year from the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been issued.
