The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of cooperation with S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University to deliver joint initiatives to improve financial literacy among students and young people in Astana. The collaboration provides for training events, lectures, webinars and seminars, as well as advisory support and the implementation of educational and scientific projects. The programme will focus on practical skills including personal financial management, expense planning, saving, investment basics, responsible use of credit, and financial security, with Fingramota.kz activities aimed at equipping students with tools such as household budgeting, choosing financial products and protection against fraud. The Agency also noted it is systematically expanding its partnership network with educational institutions and has previously signed similar memoranda with Narxoz University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Almaty Management University, Turan University, K. Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University, Turan University College and Almaty Economic College.
