The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has extended the deadline for DOD Biotech Public Company Limited to submit its rectified interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2026 from 27 July 2026 to 14 August 2026. The extension also covers the related report and public disclosure through SETLink, after the company requested more time for the auditor to complete its review. The earlier SEC instruction required DOD to work with its auditor, file the rectified interim financial statements reviewed by the auditor with the SEC, and disclose related information under Section 56 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992). That instruction followed a qualified conclusion by the auditor, which said it could not obtain sufficient audit evidence on transactions involving deposits and advance payments for assets or services, including evidence supporting the business rationale for entering into those transactions. DOD must now submit the auditor-reviewed rectified interim financial statements and the related report to the SEC, and disclose them via SETLink, by 14 August 2026.
