The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has published its schedule of Community Reinvestment Act evaluations to be conducted in the third quarter of 2026 for national banks and federal savings associations. The release also opens the usual opportunity for public comment on the CRA-related activities of the banks scheduled for review. The OCC said it had previously published CRA evaluation schedules two quarters in advance, but updates to evaluation scheduling for community banks and the implementation of supervisory strategy process reforms currently limit its ability to do so. Comments may be submitted to the banks listed on the schedule or to the appropriate OCC supervisory office before the month in which the evaluation is scheduled, and the OCC will consider comments received before the close of the evaluation.
