The National Bank of Moldova has published a regulation setting out the framework for the authorisation and notification of connections between central securities depositories, with effect from 3 January 2026. The regulation was approved by the Executive Committee of the National Bank of Moldova via decision no. 279 of 27 November 2025 and was published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova (nos. 594–597).
