The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe has published a notice listing newly licensed persons under the Securities and Exchange Act and the Securities (Registration, Licensing and Corporate Governance) Rules. The new licensees are InvestIQ Oak Wealth (Private) Limited as a securities dealing firm, Nhoro Asset Management (Private) Limited, Capital Sterling Asset Management (Private) Limited and Redwood Asset Management (Private) Limited as securities investment managers, and Tactplan Financial Services (Private) Limited as a securities investment adviser, each registered on 15 January 2025.
