The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals listed in an attached document to pay the fee for re-issuance of securities practising certificates in order to complete the certification process. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission or in person at the Commission, and certificates not collected within one year of the notice will be cancelled by decision.
