The updates cover an Explanatory Note on the Investigation and Decision-Making Process in relation to the use of enforcement powers and an Explanatory Note on the Commission’s General Approach to Enforcement and Enforcement Measures. The Commission confirmed that all matters going forward will be handled under these 2025 processes.
