The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has declined to grant M Vision Public Company Limited an additional extension to submit its special audit report and instructed the company to expedite the audit process and disclose related information via the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s Electronic Listed Company Information Transmission System (SETLink). The special audit was ordered in connection with certain transactions that raised concerns based on the auditor’s observations, review of financial statement information, MVP’s clarifications to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and information obtained by the SEC. The company was originally required to submit the report by 23 January 2026, and the SEC later extended the deadline to 31 March 2026. MVP sought a further extension to 29 May 2026, but the SEC rejected the request after concluding the company had not demonstrated progress and had not yet appointed an auditor to perform the special audit.
