The Vietnam State Securities Commission has published a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the licensing process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance fee schedule set out in Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment may be made by bank transfer or directly at the commission. If a person granted a securities practice certificate does not complete the procedure to receive it within one year from the commission's fee payment notice, the commission will issue a decision canceling the certificate.
