The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) reported on the 10th Party Congress of the Party Committee of the National Banknote Printing Plant for the 2025–2030 term, at which SBV Standing Deputy Governor Đào Minh Tú provided direction on priorities for the next period. The guidance focused on strengthening leadership and management arrangements while accelerating modernisation and technology adoption in the plant’s operations. The congress reviewed implementation of the plant’s 2020–2025 term resolution and discussed the 2025–2030 direction, including electing a new Party Executive Committee and delegates to the first SBV Party Congress. The SBV leadership called for renewed internal mechanisms and management rules, clearer allocation of functions and responsibilities, increased application of technology in governance, and stronger human resources planning including training and appointing younger officials. It also stressed maintaining security, safety and product quality, implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW in professional activities promptly after the congress, and continued attention to employment, staff welfare and internal political and ethical education.
