The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee required to complete procedures for the re-issuance of a Securities Practising Certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer or directly to the Vietnam State Securities Commission. Payments should specify the certificate holder’s name and identification details. If the individual does not complete the process to receive the re-issued certificate within one year of the notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.
