The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has revoked the electronic money institution licences granted to Azvvallet LLC under licence EPT-019 dated 9 April 2025, Greentek Group LLC under licence EPT-013 dated 18 September 2024, and Guavapay LLC under licence EPT-018 dated 9 April 2025, under Article 54.1.1 of the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems and pursuant to Board Protocol No. 22 dated 13 May 2026.

Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan revokes electronic money institution licences of Azvvallet Greentek Group and Guavapay
The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has revoked the electronic money institution licences of Azvvallet LLC, Greentek Group LLC and Guavapay LLC under Article 54.1.1 of the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems. The decision was adopted pursuant to Board Protocol No. 22 dated 13 May 2026.
