The Angola Capital Markets Commission approved the registration of FUNDO VALOR, a new closed-end special securities investment fund offered by private subscription. The fund’s investment policy restricts investments to low-risk, highly predictable instruments, including treasury bonds in local and/or foreign currency, other government bonds rated investment grade by Standard & Poor’s and/or Moody’s, corporate bonds issued by Banco Valor, S.A., other corporate bonds rated investment grade by Standard & Poor’s and/or Moody’s, and short-term assets, in line with Article 142(2)(e) and Article 95 of RJOIC and Article 113 of ROIC. Standard Gestão de Activos – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A. is the management company and Banco Valor, S.A. is the depositary.
