Argentina’s Securities Commission (CNV) president Roberto E. Silva spoke at the Committee of Bank Lawyers of the Argentine Republic’s monthly plenary meeting on a panel covering the regulation, trends and challenges of cryptoassets, outlining the CNV’s work leading to its new tokenisation rules and the regulation of PSAVs. The session also featured speakers from Belo, Santander Spain and US law firm Greenberg Traurig, with moderation by partners from Bomchil and Allende & Brea. The hybrid event, hosted at Estudio Tavarone, brought together in-house bank lawyers and law firms from Buenos Aires and other parts of Argentina.
