The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practitioner certificate in order to complete the licensing procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, as set out in the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applicable at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer or paid directly at the Commission, with remittance details required to identify the recipient and the type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedures to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been issued.
