The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a package of rulemaking, supervisory and registration decisions. On the policy side, it adopted assessments of four draft laws: two would amend Ukraine’s anti-money laundering framework on servicing customers who are politically exposed persons and on applying a risk-based approach in financial monitoring, and two would establish a securitization and covered bonds regime alongside related Tax Code changes. It also imposed restrictions on securities of joint-stock companies, other companies and collective investment institutions, while lifting restrictions on the securities of PrJSC Kyivmiskoformlennia. On registration and licensing matters, the Commission registered changes to the share issue prospectus and issue registration of JSC ZNVKIF Microfintech and replaced the registration certificate for that corporate investment fund’s share issue. It also approved draft charters and registered share issues for JSC ZNVKIF Homeland, JSC ZNVKIF Burevii Invest, JSC ZNVKIF KG Invest and JSC ZNVKIF Terralis to form initial statutory capital. Separate decisions registered the issue and approved the prospectus for NovaPay Credit’s series O corporate bonds, registered the results of NovaPay Credit’s public offer of series N corporate bonds, and replaced the registration certificate for ProCredit Bank’s common shares while canceling the registration of its preferred shares.
