The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of securities practice certificates to complete the certification process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges at the SSC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to SSC accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the SSC, with transfer references specifying the recipient’s name, identity document number and the type of certificate being issued. If the recipient does not complete the procedures to collect the certificate within one year from the SSC’s notification to pay the fee, the SSC will issue a decision cancelling the securities practice certificate that has been granted.
