The Angola Capital Markets Commission has made available for consultation its 2026 Regulatory Agenda, a strategic document intended to improve transparency and predictability around planned regulatory interventions in the securities and derivatives markets during the year. The agenda sets out the market’s main normative priorities and sequences them across phases including drafting, public consultation, regulatory impact assessment, and subsequent consideration by the Executive, ending with publication of the resulting legal acts in the Diário da República or on the Commission’s website. By publishing the agenda, the Commission aims to give market participants and the public advance visibility of initiatives planned for 2026 and to encourage stakeholder engagement in the rulemaking process.
