The Hellenic Capital Market Commission published a set of Board decisions approving a bond prospectus for GEK TERNA SA, authorising a new Alternative Investment Fund Manager, and taking further actions covering a squeeze-out request, delistings from the Athens Stock Exchange and the removal of a firm from the Commission’s virtual asset-related registers. The Commission approved the prospectus for the public offering and admission to trading of up to 500,000 dematerialised, common, registered bonds of GEK TERNA SA in the fixed income securities trading segment of the Athens Stock Exchange, to be issued via a common bond loan. It also authorised “POS Global Investors S.A.” (under establishment) to operate as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager under Article 6(2) of Law 4209/2013, approved “OLYMPIA HOLDINGS S.A.” to exercise the squeeze-out right on shares of “KTIMA KOSTA LAZARIDI S.A.” under Article 27 of Law 3461/2006, delisted “KEPENOU MILLS S.A.” and “METLEN ENERGY & METALS S.A.” from the Athens Stock Exchange at the companies’ request under Article 17(5) of Law 3371/2005, and removed “DASK Capital” from its registers of virtual currency and fiat currency exchange service providers and digital wallet custody service providers under Article 6(1)(b) of Law 4557/2018.
