The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta announced that Paul Visconti was named senior vice president of plan administration in the Office of Employee Benefits, effective May 26. He will lead administration of the Federal Reserve System's retirement benefits programs, including program design, vendor oversight, process optimization and long-term planning. Visconti brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across human resources, finance and treasury. Before joining the Federal Reserve System, he served as vice president of total rewards and HR operations at Avangrid, where he led enhancements to employee benefit offerings, and earlier spent more than a decade overseeing retirement benefits at Advance Publications.
