De Nederlandsche Bank has published a decision showing it imposed a penalty payment order on Yoursafe B.V. on Feb. 5, 2026, after the firm failed to provide its auditor’s report to DNB on time. The measure was imposed because Yoursafe did not submit the auditor’s report on its regulatory statements or its 2024 annual accounts by the Dec. 31, 2025 deadline, in breach of the Financial Supervision Act. Under the order, Yoursafe was given 10 working days to submit the 2024 auditor’s report to DNB. Because the report still had not been submitted, the firm must pay EUR 12,500 in penalty payments. DNB noted that the decision becomes final if no legal remedies are used. Interested parties can object within six weeks of notification, appeal the objection decision to the court within six weeks, and then lodge a further appeal with the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal.
