The Central Bank of Russia reported that microfinance organizations issued RUB 86 billion in new business loans in the first half of 2026, with trading companies receiving more than half of the total. Microfinance organizations also continued to restructure business loans and grant repayment holidays. They approved an average of eight out of 10 restructuring applications between January and June, with most applicants seeking lower monthly installments.
