The Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) announced an expanded package of incentives and onboarding support for companies that register with the QFC during Web Summit Qatar, including a four-year waiver of registration and annual fees and a tax exemption. The offer builds on the QFC’s participation at the first Web Summit Qatar in 2024, when it registered more than 300 firms in four days. To further streamline market entry, the QFC is introducing instant banking services in collaboration with Qatar National Bank and Dukhan Bank, allowing prospective clients to open corporate accounts as part of the set-up process.
