The Chile Financial Market Commission has launched CMF Supervisa, a new platform that will be mandatory for supervised entities and other reporting parties to submit information required under current laws and regulations from 1 May 2025. Under General Rule No. 515, CMF Supervisa replaces the existing Online Information Submission System (SEIL) and Extranet. Ahead of go-live, supervised entities must verify or update their legal representative via CMF Sin Papel, while users already verified on SEIL and Extranet will be automatically migrated to the new platform.
