The Seychelles Financial Services Authority has issued a scam alert in relation to the website https://propx.pro, which references a company named PropXPro Global Ltd and claims to be authorised and regulated by the FSA under licence number SD132. The FSA stated that PropXPro Global Ltd is not known to the authority, does not hold a valid licence and is not regulated by the FSA in any capacity, and that the website is not linked to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA. It urged investors and the public to conduct adequate research on entities, service providers and representatives before entering into business relationships, exchanging money or sharing personal details, and noted it will not be liable if persons continue to engage with or use services associated with the website.
