Brazil’s National Superintendence for Complementary Pensions (PREVIC) launched ProtocoloGOV PREVIC, enabling individuals and legal entities to file documents digitally with the authority using GovBR authentication, with automatic integration into the Electronic Information System (SEI). The tool is offered free of charge via PREVIC’s portal and is intended to replace email-based submissions, reducing the need for in-person visits while improving traceability, security and transparency. Users can monitor requests in real time, view process stages and deadlines, and receive automated notifications about changes in case handling. PREVIC highlighted that the system provides greater control and a complete processing history for internal workflows, alongside enhanced information security. The digital protocol was developed in partnership with the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services.
