The Central Bank of Russia has published the programme architecture for FINOPOLIS 2025, setting out the business agenda for the forum of innovative financial technologies. The Bank of Russia-organised event is scheduled for 8–10 October 2025 in Sirius Federal Territory and will include five plenary discussions and about 30 thematic sessions. The forum will open with a plenary discussion titled “National Digital Infrastructure of the Financial Market: In Search of a Balance”, with participation by Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina, focused on developing digital technologies while ensuring safety and user comfort. The thematic sessions span topics including biometrics, artificial intelligence, digital financial assets, cryptocurrencies, and experimental legal regimes. The programme also includes the final event of the Finopolis.365 Youth Programme, where authors of top projects from seven regional case championships will present to a jury, and a closing session on “digital financial fiction” aimed at forecasting long-term developments in the financial system.
