Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) announced that, from 1 September, it will use the Remote Procedures System (Sistema de Trámites a Distancia, TAD) to issue and receive requests for information and/or documentation in the context of investigations or inspections, under General Resolution No. 1077. CNV-regulated entities must respond to these requests exclusively via TAD unless they can justify an impediment, in which case they may exceptionally respond by filing a formal note through the in-person registry (Mesa de Entradas). Parties not regulated by the CNV may respond via TAD or alternatively through Mesa de Entradas. For administrative disciplinary proceedings (sumarios administrativos), use of TAD is enabled on an optional basis for both notifications and the filing of submissions.

Argentina Securities Commission to move information requests for investigations and inspections to the Remote Procedures System from 1 September
The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) will implement the Remote Procedures System (TAD) for information requests in investigations or inspections from 1 September, as per General Resolution No. 1077. CNV-regulated entities must respond via TAD unless an impediment is justified, while non-regulated parties may use TAD or the in-person registry. TAD is optional for notifications and submissions in administrative disciplinary proceedings.
