The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has extended the validity of Green Telecom Service Limited Liability Company’s license to conduct banking operations under a special regulatory regime, in relation to issuing payment cards that provide access to the O!Money electronic wallet. The license is now valid until 20 September 2026. The extension was approved by the National Bank’s Committee on Payment System and Digital Financial Technologies on 18 March 2026 and remains subject to the conditions and requirements set out in the license’s terms of reference, including issuance as virtual cards and/or cards on a physical medium.
