The Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic announced that an official delegation from the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, led by Vice Minister Liao Min, has arrived in Kyrgyzstan for a working visit. The visit is for participation in the 28 to 29 May meeting in Bishkek of finance ministers and central or national bank governors from Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states, as well as in the third consultative council on establishing the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Development Bank. Kyrgyz Deputy Finance Minister Nurbek Akzholov formally received the delegation at Manas International Airport. The ministry identified Liao Min as a co-chair in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Development Bank process.

The Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic announced the arrival of a Chinese Ministry of Finance delegation, led by Vice Minister Liao Min, for a working visit. The delegation will attend the Bishkek meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation finance ministers and central or national bank governors and the third consultative council on establishing the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Development Bank, where Liao Min serves as co-chair.
