The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority has determined that Valeria Capital AG’s licence as an asset management company has expired after the firm submitted a written waiver of its authorisation. The licence, originally granted on 21 March 2014, was deemed to have expired pursuant to Article 30(1)(a) VVG with effect from 21 April 2026. As a result, Valeria Capital AG in Triesen is no longer authorised to provide or broker services under Article 3 VVG.

The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority has determined that Valeria Capital AG’s licence as an asset management company has expired following the firm’s written waiver of its authorisation. The licence, originally granted on 21 March 2014, expired with effect from 21 April 2026 pursuant to Article 30(1)(a) VVG, and Valeria Capital AG in Triesen is no longer authorised to provide or broker services under Article 3 VVG.
