The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a criminal complaint with the Economic Crime Suppression Division of the Royal Thai Police against All Inspire Development Public Company Limited (ALL), its CEO Mr. Thanakorn Thanawarith, and director Mr. Dusadee Lekyim for allegedly submitting an incorrect 56-1 One Report for 2022 by making false statements or concealing material facts. The SEC investigation found that, from 2022 to the 31 March 2023 filing deadline, ALL was involved in two Phra Khanong District Court cases relating to investment contracts under the Land Banking Investment Fund Agreement with total claims of approximately THB 190 million, and an arbitration dispute in a joint venture with AG Thonglor 16 Co., Ltd., involving a claim that ALL failed to transfer land and buildings worth THB 885.75 million. Despite these being material to ALL’s financial position and operations, the 56-1 One Report stated the company had no legal disputes that could cause damage exceeding 5% of shareholders’ equity or otherwise significantly affect operations. The CEO and director co-signed to certify the report’s accuracy. The SEC said the matter will proceed through police inquiry, public prosecution, and court adjudication, and it will monitor the legal process and cooperate with relevant agencies to support enforcement under the Securities and Exchange Act.
