The Astana Financial Services Authority announced that Dodo Brands, the parent company of Dodo Pizza and Drinkit, has completed its redomiciliation from the British Virgin Islands to the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). The move changes the company’s legal jurisdiction while preserving its legal entity status, corporate structure and existing obligations. The redomiciliation was finalised on June 12, 2025 and brings the number of international holding companies that have redomiciled to the AIFC to 14, including Fix Price Group Ltd. and Solidcore Resources Plc (formerly Polymetal International Plc). Dodo Brands operates more than 1,300 pizza restaurants and cafés across 26 countries and reported over USD 1 billion in system-wide sales in 2024, with 95% of stores run by franchise partners.
