The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Argus Management Ltd, the external manager of FENELI RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD (LEI 213800Z2W1EC8CXGEL90), has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the registered alternative investment fund. FENELI RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) under registration number RAIF145. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the RAIF will remain in the RAIFs Registry and will appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. Once the dissolution and liquidation are completed and all necessary documents are submitted to CySEC, the authority will delete the RAIF from the RAIFs Register.

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announces FENELI RAIF has entered dissolution and liquidation
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has been notified by Argus Management Ltd of the initiation of dissolution and liquidation procedures for FENELI RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD, a Registered Alternative Investment Fund. The fund will remain in the RAIFs Registry with a notice of "under liquidation" until the process is complete. Upon completion and submission of required documents, CySEC will remove the fund from the RAIFs Register.
