The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has agreed a set of senior management appointments for securities market entities. The approvals cover Elvira Sarsenbayeva for appointment as head of an executive body and as an executive body member, Nurlan Ongarbayev as an independent director on the governing body of JSC ForteFinance, and Ruslan Zerilov as an executive body member of JSC BCC Invest, a subsidiary of JSC Bank CenterCredit. The appointments were approved under protocol No. 304/RCB/T dated 23 April 2026, protocol No. 305/RCB dated 24 April 2026, and protocol No. 306/RCB/T dated 28 April 2026.
