The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued Notice No. 44/TB-UBCK instructing Mr. Trần Quốc Cường to pay the fee required to complete the process for reissuing a securities practising certificate. The reissue fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission’s accounts at VietinBank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the reissued certificate within one year of the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision to cancel the reissued certificate.
