The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has issued an invitation for expressions of interest from investors or consortia to invest in Nation Lanka Finance PLC (NLFP), a finance company licensed under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. Expressions of interest must be submitted by 20 March 2026 at 16:00 Sri Lanka time. Submissions must be clearly titled “Expression of Interest – Investment in Nation Lanka Finance PLC” and may be provided either as a sealed hard-copy submission to the Administrator or as a soft copy in PDF format submitted electronically.
