The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) issued a public warning about alleged unauthorised virtual asset services linked to the website altify.app, which it says is allegedly operated by Revix International Limited. The FSA stated that Revix International Limited is incorporated as an international business company under the International Business Companies Act, 2016 and, while it appears on the International Business Companies register, it does not hold and has never held authorisation to operate under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024. The FSA reminded consumers to verify that any virtual asset service provider or virtual asset products are licensed or authorised in the jurisdiction they claim to operate from, noting that the FSA publishes on its website the list of authorised non-bank financial services providers, including virtual asset service providers, as well as registrations of initial coin offerings and non-fungible tokens, and it encouraged the public to report suspected unlicensed activity via the reporting form on the FSA website.
