The National Bank of Serbia published a reminder that the first instalment of the 2025 personal property tax falls due on 14 February, and that this liability can be settled at the counters of the Ministry of Finance’s Treasury Administration without commission only by using the Dina card. It also highlighted that Dina card payments at Treasury Administration counters are commission-free for personal income tax, motor vehicle sales tax, personal income tax on income from agriculture and forestry, and mandatory social insurance contributions for farmers. Other public revenue liabilities and payments to public-fund users can be paid by Dina card at these counters with low commissions, including certain utility and telecom bills for payees with Treasury sub-accounts or accounts in commercial banks.
