Estonia’s Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) issued Heimondo Estonia OÜ with a licence to operate as a debt collection agency, authorising it to call in debts arising from banks’ and other creditors’ credit contracts. The licence permits the company to collect overdue payments and negotiate credit contract conditions with borrowers. It also imposes obligations including handling complaints relating to the credit contract and informing borrowers of requirements set by the bank or creditor under the credit contract, as well as changes to interest rates, fees or payments. The members of Heimondo Estonia OÜ’s management board are Kristjan Vahar and Aleksandr Pavlov.

Estonia’s Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) has granted Heimondo Estonia OÜ a licence to operate as a debt collection agency for credit contracts of banks and other creditors. The licence authorises the firm to collect overdue payments, negotiate credit terms with borrowers, handle related complaints, and inform borrowers of creditor requirements and changes to interest rates, fees or payments.
