Securities & Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe invites applications for Human Resources Graduate Trainee role

The Securities & Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe has published a vacancy notice for a Human Resources Graduate Trainee in its Human Resources department. The role is aimed at candidates with a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or an equivalent field, with at least one year of experience in human resources or a similar role. A relevant professional qualification is listed as an added advantage. The position covers recruitment support, grievance handling, training and performance management support, benefits administration, reporting on human resources activities, policy drafting, records management and compliance monitoring. The commission also listed responsibilities including employee wellness support, exit interview administration and periodic audits of personnel files and human resources records.
