Vietnam's Ministry of Finance, together with the Vietnam State Securities Commission (SSC), has opened a consultation on a draft circular that would amend and supplement provisions in the regime governing securities offerings and issuance, public tender offers, share repurchases, and the registration and withdrawal of public company status. The SSC has posted the main contents of the draft circular on its website and is inviting comments from organisations and individuals to be submitted to the SSC.
