The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) has granted BPay Global B.S.C.(c), a payment services company in the Binance Group, a Payment Service Provider (PSP) licence to operate in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The licence allows BPay Global to provide fiat services to Binance customers globally, including fiat top-ups and withdrawals, custody and other payment services. It enables Binance customers to open an e-wallet and make fiat top-ups on the Binance platform via bank transfers and debit or credit card payments, and permits BPay Global to custody fiat on behalf of customers.
